    Crystal – you can’t know what a blessing this already is for me. See email, but finally I’m hopeful that I just might get my arms around life again. It’s as if as the world turned upside down by disablity and leaving a career I loved, I’m faced with no structure in my days and no clear goals. My objectives seem overwhelming due to energy levels, but I was thrilled with your simplistically brilliant of breaking down jobs and chores into lists of ten minute or hourly tasks.

    Crystal…I made the decision in December that this year would be the start of something different for me. I have been making small changes and shifts already.     count me in. My January new habit was 30 minutes exercise / day – which I did every day and am planning to continue through the year. My February new habit is at least 5 minutes of clutter reduction every day. Other habits to add later in the year include getting to bed earlier (and getting up earlier). So, while the timing of this challenge is a bit early for my 2012 new-habit goal/schedule, I’m certainly game to join in this 30-day challenge (maybe I’ll be able to add the 30-minute morning and evening activities of this challenge to my daily-do-not-want-to-get-out-of-new-habit 30 minutes of exercise and 10 minutes of clutter reduction)
