Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! ….for creating this awesome challenge. I know how valuable my time in the morning is for setting the tone for my days. I crave quiet time for myself before I start my days…yet ever since my first son was born I have found it very challenging to consistently wake up earlier then everyone else. It has been four years and I am so ready to take on this challenge. I truly appreciate the work you have put in to creating it.
Denise, thank you so much for taking the time to write this! Comments like this make all the hard work & effort worth it! You have totally made my day & reconfirmed why I am doing this challenge. If this will help one person improve their life & regain a sense of peace & balance, then it is all worth it. Have a wonderful night!
Thank you, thank you so much, Crystal.
I’m currently sick, at home, unable to work due to dysphonia (I’m a teacher) and although sometimes I feel very low (it’s lasting too long) your challenge is keeping my spirits high. I have the feeling it will, as you say in your reply above, it will make a change and help me find more peace and balance. I fear, apart from the cold, flu, etc… stress has an important part in my dysphonia.
Anyways, I can’t wait to start the challenge!
So excited the files are blocked at work i will have to wait to get home to download them. Cant wait. Day one of this challenge i will be traveling on business which will be a perfect start to it. Thanks so much for this.
Thank you so much for all the work and creativity you have put into this challenge! It’s very important to me this year to get back into the habit of getting up early and having time alone with God to start my day. I thank you so much for the challenge and help in this! I do have one question though. Are you going to explain why the hot water with cinnamon and lemon? I’m just wondering what the point of this is.
Is there anyone who signed up but do not have a buddy wake up call? Im not sure i can find one. Im in the Philippines and my work day starts at 3AM so I’m setting my Wake up call at 12noon EST. It’s pretty tough to find a partner who wakes up at the same time, except those at work. Sadly, my friends at work have a different routine/schedule than I do. Oh well…
Crystal, thank you for the lemon water suggestion. I have been drinking warm lemon water for a long time, but adding the honey and cinnamon made a real difference. I can feel it already.
I have needed this for a long time now and finding it on pinterest was a miracle in itself! I have a question about the morning and night routine sheet: what do the stars beside the breathing/stretching exercises and prayer journal mean? Thank you so much
As I look at my life I feel this is exactly what the doctor ordered. I look forward to the next 30 days and will strive to make this part of my life after the 30days.
