Thanks for the quotes, it really does help and remind me not give up on myself. This morning I did more than usual, I first took care of myself then done some of the tasks. I’ve prepared everything for this evening so I know I will complete all my tasks for tonight.
Lent begins today and I’ve decided to give up sugar. Later I’ll begin the Made to Crave Challenge. I’m grateful to you for getting me roused in the morning and off to a good start. Since your challenge has inspired me to make other changes in myself, I wonder if others are finding more areas to work on. Thank you so much. I feel better already!
Thanks for the video link! Really like that. My oldest woke up in the middle of the night coughing and couldn’t get settled for 1 1/2 hrs and I got up with him to try to help him settle back down. I completely missed my wakeup time. I know these days are part of life and I am ready to get to bed early this evening and get up at the time I want to tomorrow again. I am focused on it so that makes a lot of difference. Thank you for the blog to keep it right in my mind.
Getting ready to do the PM stretches. I just have to say that I really appreciate the quotes. Any way to print them out to glue into my planner? Thanks for doing all of this!
Good Morning!!! I am loving the challenge and every day it gets alittle bit easier….I am not the best at checking in —–But I am up and doing my routine! I feel like a new person with a different attitude with the things I have been doing!!!!
Yesterday I never found the time to watch the videos, and today, for the first time in weeks, I got up just 5 min. before my alarm, rather than 1/2 an hour to an hour early (I prefer to wake naturally, and my body seems to comply). So the routine is out the window. BUT! I love today’s quote which reminds me that I can start again fresh anytime. So tonight I intend to try again to get it right
I want to do these stretches but the minute I give in to the computer, I have so many other things calling to me. I’ll probably just stick with the yoga routines I have away from the comp.
As I’m playing catch-up, I’ve still to watch the videos. Hope they’re not too strenuous! Will watch through to make sure they’re safe for me post-surgery!

Loving the stretches! I have a constantly sore back from carrying my kids around so they really do help.
Like the morning stretches! I did them a bit later in the day so I am excited to try them tomorrow morning!

Just figured it out!
I like stretching, especially in the morning to get the creeks and cracks out for the day.
I nearly forgot to check in today!! I’ll be doing the stretches tomorrow though. For some reason I’m not receiving the emails for the day.

I wasn’t able to get to the streaches (kids up early) but I will do them =)

It’s hard to slow down and do the stretches when I am ready to get my day started, but I know they are always beneficial.
