Your list of negative vs positive self talk sounds just like me! I used to be easy waking up early and now I’m all snooze button. I need to do this!

This was great activity. The writing prompts really helped to show the difference between being negative and having a postive attitude. I am looking forward to the days ahead, I am excited to get the most from my planner!

great exercise. I have to deal with a lack of energy and more negative than positive thoughts. I think positive thoughts can cost less energy than positive. Curious where this challenge will lead me.

I just finished doing the worksheet! Thanks for slowing down. I feel so much peace after writing all those things down. I can’t believe the excitement and positive energy I felt when I answered the 2nd question. Thanks for teaching me. I have never pondered that question before and I can’t believe what a difference it made for me in the way I felt and the pictures that came to my mind. Oh thanks for sharing sweet Crystal.
