Thoughts on November’s Quote: There’s nothing like a good dose of gratitude to gain perspective on life & to realize it’s not so bad after all. Cultivating the habit of gratitude is one of the single most important things you can do.
Recently, I’ve been using my iPhone to record every grateful thought that comes into my mind. This has helped me realize two things: first, there is a never-ending list of things to be grateful for, and second, the things that you focus on multiply. As my focus has been on gratitude, I’ve not only recognized the daily things that I take for granted, but I’ve also had happy thoughts & memories come back to me from years past…both have been a blessing to me.
